At Computex 2019, currently happening in Taipei, Taiwan, Asus, a leading Taiwan-based multinational computer and phone hardware and electronics company has today unveiled a new variant of Zenfone 6 known as Zenfone 6 Edition 30 with mouth-watering 12GB RAM.
The Zenfone Ed6ition 30 is the update of the normal variant of Zenfone 6 that was launched some weeks ago. The newly launched Zenfone 6 with 12GB of RAM was launched to celebrate Asus’ 30th anniversary.
Asus has announced that only 3,000 units of Zenfone 6 Edition 30 would be produced. On top of that, the device is coming with VIP benefits and an exclusive 30-month warranty, but the headline additions to this model are definitely the 12GB of RAM and 512GB of built-in storage.
Apart from the big RAM and storage space, the device packed same features with the regular variant which includes the awe-inspiring flip camera with the 48 MP Sony IMX586 main sensor and a 13 MP ultra-wide snapper with 125-degree field-of-view. The combo just received a record-breaking selfie score from DxOMark.
Under the hood of the device, we have powerful Snapdragon 855 chipset, 5,000 mAh battery, and stock-like Android 9 Pie software experience, along with the 6.4″ 1080p+ notch-less display. Also coming with exclusive Matte Black colorway and design, with “iconic Zen-inspired concentric-circle patterning” and “distinctive Edition 30 logo”.
At the moment, the phone brand company is yet to reveal the official price of the device but from the obvious, this shouldn’t be more than an 800USD phone.
