The Lenovo K5 is packed with a 5.7 inches” LCD panel of HD+ resolution. The chipset is MediaTek MT6750 with a processor working at the speed of 1.5 GHz with a 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage that is expandable with a microSD card.
Lenovo K5 comes with Android 7.0 (Nougat) which include ZUI 3.1 Lite, it has a dual cameras on the back (13 MP F/2.0 + 5 MP F/2.2 combo), while the front shooter has an 8 MP sensor and F/2.0 aperture. The device has a battery capacity of 3,000 mAh, with microUSB port. It also has a fingerprint scanner at the back.
The device comes in Gray, Black or Blue color, it costs about CNY899 which is equivalent to €115/$143 (NGN 52,000). It is available for pre-order and will arrive the Chinese market on April 10.
The Lenovo K5 Play is the cheaper version of the Lenovo K5 “isn’t that sweet?” – it shares the same 5.7 inches display with Lenovo K5, but comes with a different chipset “Snapdragon 430” and two memory varaints of 2GB and 3 GB RAM with 16GB and 32 GB internal storage which is also expandable with a microSD card
The Lenovo K5 Play comes with Android 8.0 (Oreo) and ZUI 3.7, compared with the regular Lenovo K5. It also has a dual back cameras of 13 MP and 2 MP sensors with LED flash with Fingerprint scanner and microUSB. The device cost about CNY699 equivalent to €90/$112 (NGN 40,000). The phone color comes in Black, Blue or Gold and is currently available for pre-order, it will arrive on April 17.
