A few days ago, some live pictures of the upcoming Infinix smartphone: Infinix Note 4 and Note 4 Pro was leaked online. Though we didn’t have many specs about the devices then but now, more confirmed specs and likely release date of the phones is now available.
Infinix Mobile has been teasing the device via their social media with the hashtag #Takecharge and they have revealed some specifications of the phone. If you recall, the Infinix Note 3 was launched in Nigeria earlier in August with the price tag of N60,000 and it sports a large 6” display, 4500mAh battery, boot Android 6.0 Marshmallow based on XOS, a fingerprint sensor and lots more, and now its successor – the Infinix Note 4 seems to come with something much better and powerful.
It has been confirmed that the Infinix Note 4 will come with massive 4300mAh battery capacity which is a little bit smaller to the Infinix Note 3 but I want to believe that Infinix has worked on optimizing the battery life of the Note 4 which is why the battery is a little bit smaller to the older Note version. Just like I have said, the company has been dropping a series teaser of the phone with hashtag #Takecharge which I want to believe that phone battery has not only to be optimized but also come with fast charging support that will give much power to the phone even in just a few minute charging.
Just as we have seen in the leaked images, the company seems to have borrowed much of Samsung design. Unlike the Note 3 that has its fingerprint sensor is at the back, the company has mounted the fingerprint sensor of the Note 4 to the Home button of the phone which seems to be something cool and interesting. Another borrowed design is the X-pen. The X-pen design seems to have emanated from Samsung Note 5 S-pen.
According to my findings, Infinix Note 4 is expected to launch by Q4 of 2017 and will be available in Nigeria, Kenya, Pakistan, UAE, Ghana, Indonesia, Cote d’Ivoire, Egypt, and other countries.
