If you remember, Etisalat smartpak was capped towards April this year which lead to lot of users bouncing out of the package then hunt for another alternative. Ever since then, have been spying on the package in other to know when things changes.
After some many days of spying, I later discover that Etisalat Smartpak is now back with Unlimited data. For two weeks now, have been testing it via using the package to browse and downloads and my data never runs out though I tested the Chat Pak only I haven’t tested the social me yet.
Although, The speed throttling is still there and the smartpak never gree to communicate with proxies but you can still connect it with Psiphon via ipless method and its load web pages faster. If you are newbie to this package then follow the below procedure on how to subscribe and to use it with your psiphon VPN on android.
To subscribe for Etisalat smart pak
a. For Weekly sub dial  *343*5*6# @ N150
b. For Weekly Social Me *200*3*4*2*2*1# @N300
c. For Monthly sub dial *343*5*7# @ N400Â
Mobile APN Settings
APN: etisalat
Proxy: blank
Port: blank
Download or Launch your Psiphon then use the below settings in Your Handler Menu
Proxy type: Real Host
Proxy server: de.blackberry.com
Then click on Save
Then go to your More Option settings and untick connect through Http Proxy
Then wait for few seconds for it to Connect.
