After so many days of waiting, Ntel finally opens a pick-up office in Lagos. Although, some users have already enjoying Ntel service in Abuja and lots of testimonies have been going online on how super fast Ntel download speed was.
I know a lot of you might be wondering why Ntel waits so long before having a pick office in Lagos, A sales rep of Ntel said that Ntel is currently facing some challenges and the two major challenges are:
1. Â Lack of devices. Ntel they
are yet to receive there shipment of the 4G LTE devices that they ordered for. They are trying to avoid a scenario whereby a subscriber/customer wouldn’t end up picking up his/her sim and wouldn’t be able to have a compatible device to use with the Sim.
2. They are yet to fully implement the Voice part of the network. So, basically, On-Net calls are the only available voice service at the moment.
